Welcome to my website. My name is Wessel Snyman, and I am an artist. Growing up in a farming community, I wasn't given much exposure to the realm of the arts, but my creative side exploded when I relocated to Cape Town in 2001.
When given the opportunity to study at the University of Stellenbosch in 2004, Fine Art was my first choice. I completed my undergrad at the University of Stellenbosch and have entered the MA program at the same institution this year. This website is just an overview of my work, both academic and private. It acts as an online portfolio as well an archive.
My vision for my creative career is still unfolding, all that I know is that creation has become my heartbeat. I intend to stay true to that pulse.
